AGS Spring Conference 2009 was held April
1-3, 2009 at the 4 H Center. The AGS Board of Directors would like to thank the following for donating items for the

Due to the donations and the bids by attendees for
the various items, we raised $338.50 which will be used to provide scholarships for the Arkansas Aging Conference. Thank

The
AGS will be supporting a few scholarships for the 29th Annual Arkansas Aging Conference, October 28-30, 2009. Please
call the Division of Aging and Adult Services at 501-682-2441 to get on the mail list to receive a conference registration
brochure. Registration brochures are scheduled for mail out the first week of August. Application
for the AGS scholarship includes submitting a cover letter with required information as outlined in the criteria, a completed
conference registration form, and a completed application form. Application is due by September 15, 2009. Please
mail completed application to AGS, PO BOX 2371, Little Rock, AR 72203-2371 or fax to ATTN: Sally Johnson, 479-649-0004. Criteria
information and the scholarship form are provided in links below.
