Welcome to the Arkansas Gerontological Society (AGS) Web Page! This web page has been designed to allow Arkansans of all ages to learn more about AGS and what is going on in the state regarding senior adult issues. To learn more about us, please explore each heading. In an attempt to make it easier to find senior related services we have also provided link sites to other organizations such as the Social Security Administration and AARP.

The 2008 AGS Spring Conference is scheduled for April 10-11, 2008 at the C. A. Vines 4-H Center in Little Rock. Contact hours have been approved for nurses and long term care administrators; 2.5 hours the first day and 4 hours the 2nd day. Ethic hours (3) are available for Social Workers. Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board has approved 3 hours of CLE for Ethics presentation on April 10th and 4 hours of CLE for general sessions on April 11th.
